Citigroup Management – A law suit has been filed against Citigroup for the firing of Debrahlee Lorenzana because she was “too good looking”. She said she had been talked to by her bosses that she dressed too sexy for her male coworkers and intimidated the female coworkers. I really think this would be a morale booster from a male dominated industry like engineering….but maybe I’m a little off. See for yourself

Naomi Campbell - This actually happened in like 2000, but it's just come to light because of a lawsuit. Basically Naomi Campbell canceled an appearance in Australia because the venue's elevator wasn't working and she would have had to walk up a flight of stairs. From the article: Naomi Campbell's former agent has accused the British supermodel of once cancelling a promotional appearance for her perfume line on a whim - because she didn't want to walk a flight of stairs. ... And co-director at Moodform Mission, Chris Owen, has alleged Campbell was constantly late for meetings on her promotional tour, and once even tried to attack him with a bottle.

Jeremiah Masoli - He was caught with marijuana while being cited for driving infractions. This is while he's on probation from the football team for being involved in a few months ago. As a result of this latest run-in with the law, he's been officially kicked off the Oregon football team. What a dumbass.

The student who fell asleep during an Obama speech at his HS - The president of the United States was giving a speech at this kid's high school, and the kid is in the choir sitting in the background of Obama's speech. He repeatedly yawns and actually falls asleep eventually. I was a little torn on whether to nominate him as a d-case or not, because I can understand his boredom with Obama's promises and speech. But still, as much as I might dislike Obama, I have to say that you're kind of a D-Case if you're in high school and actually fall asleep when the president visits.

College Football/Major Conferences/Huskers – for not even attempting to hide the fact that money is the ultimate ruler in college athletics. Plus I am just tired of hearing about the conference switch.
