The guy writing Sarah Palin’s Biography - This guy rented the house next door to the Palin family in order to have a better look into her/their lives. I don’t care if it’s his job to find this stuff out, I think it’s d-case move to occupy the house next to someone whose biography you are writing (She doesn’t want him to write it / it’s unauthorized). I think is overstepping the lines of the legitimate journalist/author. In response the Palin family has extended their existing fence to a height of 14’ to protect their privacy.
Jerome Menyweather - Jerome was at a party and the police arrived. He then fled the scene. One of the officers involved in the chase noticed that the man was hiding something in his arms that he was carrying. When they finally caught the man about 200 feet later, he no longer had the package in his possession. After further investigation, it was determined that the man was carrying an infant and then “placed” the infant in the bushes to hide it and ran. WOW

Tracy Madden, Channel 6 Omaha - for having the wherewithal (sarcasm) during Tuesday night’s storm coverage to blurt out “oh sh**…” amidst a poorly timed cut to the weather-radar.

MLB/Umpires - For being so late to get to the so-called instant replay party. We all know that football has fully adopted replay, and now basketball has done the same (there aren’t “challenge flags” but the refs can choose to review most anything), but for some reason baseball is more concerned with being “America’s pastime” than actually getting the calls right. There have been many instances this year that could have been easily rectified with a 30 second break in the game, two of which occurred yesterday. The first occurred when a Tampa Bay Ray base-runner was called out for not stepping on 3rd base when replay clearly shows he did. Yesterday’s most notable umpire gaffe occurred when a perfect game for Detroit Tiger Armando Galarraga was ruined on the last out of the game when 1st base umpire Jim Joyce incorrectly called a Cleveland Indian base-runner ‘safe’.

“Feldman”, blogger on Top Buzz News - When searching for an article on the Galaragga near-perfect game, I came across this article. My brain hurt after trying to make sense of it all. Here is the first paragraph: Major League Baseball cashed another black eye, Jim Joyce and Armando Galarraga on the front page. A bad decision by one of its officials that deprives the pitcher Armando Galarraga from a perfect match. I, who did not have much admiration for the referees, that’s another story that is not likely to improve my perception of their work. This is a perfect example of why the internet is bad (no, not all bad), pretty much anyone can put something out there in a way that may appear to be credible.

Diego Maradona - For his absurd World Cup hotel demands. Including having the bathroom completely redone to include the World's best toilet and other vital features. Additionally, he ran over a reporters foot with his car and had the audacity to blame the reporter: In a video report on the Daily Telegraph, other reporters can he heard yelling at Maradona to stop. Maradona responded by calling the injured cameraman an "a--hole." "How can you put your leg there where it can get run over, man?" Maradona demanded. He then continued on to the press conference where he announced his final 23-man roster for South Africa.

Jim Joyce - For blowing the call that screwed Armando Galarraga out of a perfect game
The ex-wife of Gary Coleman - Recently the 911 tape of Gary Coleman’s ex-wife was released. She was in the home when he hit his head (she says on the tape that she had asked him to make her some food when she heard him fall in the kitchen) so she called 911. The operator instructs her to go in the room with him to see if he is ok. She said she is unable to do so because she has seizures when she gets stressed, she just knows that a lot of blood is coming out of his head. Later in the call the operator instructs her to put pressure on the wound, and again she says she is unable to do so personally, so she yells at Gary that he has to put pressure on his wound. Also, she instructed medical officials to take Gary off of life support Friday morning, but their marriage was legally dissolved in the last year, making her unable to make such a decision (this is also a bad thing for the hospital, but I think this woman is more deserving). It is difficult to say if he would have lived despite everyone’s best efforts, but you really need to listen to the audio to appreciate how big a d-case this woman is. You can easily find it via Google search.
The Gloucester Dragons Recreational Soccer League in Canada - for implementing a new mercy rule that states if you go up by a lead of 6 goals, not only is the game over, but you forfeit the game and are declared the loser.
